1st visit to this nail salon. Service was efficient but not that friendly. Little attention to detail given to shaping my nails, applying & drying gel. As a result one of my nails appears to be a lighter shade than the rest & one does not appear to have a proper top coat application. Great attention & care was placed on the removal of my old shellac. Nail shaping took less than a minute (I was going from long to short) and the nails were left 'rough' on the inside tip. The salon was clean.

Shop was closed on Sundays even though they took the booking. Called up to get a refund on the Monday never received a refund. Now almost a month later still not received anything have called twice and have had the reference taken down and still no refund. Really bad service, really annoyed. Used to go here every month to get my nails done and wont be returning
