Fantastic service, lady was so lovely and reassuring. She worked efficiently and effectively to make the waxing as pain free as possible. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

Got to my appointment 15mins early and the door was locked....not a good start. When I telephoned I was told to come at 5pm the time of my appointment as she was still waxing someone! Waited till about 520pm before she started. Clearly not enough staff. I asked to use the toilet and was told they didn’t have one. If you offer intimate waxing services, your place of business must have toilet facilities. The therapist was pleasant enough and the waxing itself was fine but she was clearly overly busy and working alone and it all felt very rushed. For the price paid and based on my overall experience, I will not return.
