I’ve been going here since they opened years ago and I leave satisfied every time. Recently started doing Hollywood waxing and I keep coming back. The therapist is amazing, she makes me feel very comfortable and relaxed and made me laugh so much. I have recommended this to my friends and they will be coming too.

I unfortunately can't leave a positive review for my gel mani, although the therapist was nice.She filed my nails & small bits were left on the tips of my nails, she painted over them despite that, so made a very unrully finished. The coats of polish were very thick and she didnt apply the color evenly over the full nail. OVerload of polish was not cleaned under my nails so after putting under lamp, my nail and skin were stuck.3 of my fingers chipped after 3 days. Will not go back

If you want to have shellac manicure then I would not go here. It took over an hour and a half to have them taken off and put back on. It also costs extra (£5) to have them taken off, which was not an option when booking, which meant you had to pay additionally with a 50p charge for card payments under £10 (this is now illegal to do). Just a basic nail file used throughout - making it a slower process. Nails are extremely uneven (much shorter on right hand) and terrible quality. Will not return!
