I booked an extended bikini line wax and when I entered the salon said I was there for a bikini wax. The therapist got halfway through and I realised she was doing a full Hollywood instead. I said I had only booked bikini line and there was a misunderstanding. She was nice about it and I said it was fine, but when it came to leaving they asked me to pay extra for a treatment I didn’t want, or asked for!! I would recommend doing a consultation before starting as I left quite upset.
