I've never had a hydra facial before, so it would have been good if I was told what it involved. Plus I had paid for extras. I felt I had gotten the extras at the expense of the hydrafacial. Maybe if I was told the process I would have felt better about it. As it was, I was surprised when the process was over after having spent much of the time with the collagen mask on, whilst the lady was working on another woman. it didn't encourage me to have another hydra facial ever again
