I had a hydrating facial with very thorough cleansing and then a hydrating mask. The beautician was welcoming, reassuring and very professional. The room was bright and clean. My skin felt better. The only down tick was the products being used. I wasn't told the brand, even though I asked, which made me rather apprehensive. Apart from that it was a good experience and I'd do it again.

Arrived on time but they had triple booked 3 clients. The treatment was excellent although the treatment room a bit grubby so definitely would not return
