I had to provide the start rating each time but most were irrelevant because the shop was closed when I got there. There was a sign saying closed on 8th Nov. My appointment was at 5.45pm on Friday 27th Oct and I was there at 5.30pm. I emailed and telephoned but no response. They should provide the refund but have received nothing yet.

Good price and efficient but didn't really listen to what I'd asked for so I wasn't too happy with the result, and the fade itself wasn't too clean.
