Curtis is amazing and made me feel completely relaxed from the moment I arrived. I was unsure about hair extensions at first, but he talked me through everything clearly and put me totally at ease. He’s chatty, friendly and informative, recommending the best products for my hair with options to suit every budget, which I really appreciated. I left feeling fabulous, not just because of my hair but because of the whole experience. The endless coffees were a lovely extra touch too!
