Nicola was brilliant - I’d had a really bad experience at my last hairdresser, but Nicola took her time to make me feel at ease, have a proper look at my hair, tell me what she thought she would be able to and then fixed it for me. I think the best cut and colour I’ve had and I’ll be back for a touch up soon!
