Despite having an appointment, I was kept waiting for 15 minutes. When I was finally seen, the staff member was dismissive and seemed completely uninterested, making me feel very unwelcome. The whole salon lacked a friendly atmosphere, so what I hoped would be a relaxing visit turned into a very unpleasant experience. I booked based on the excellent reviews, but my experience made me question how accurate they are. Sadly, I won’t be returning.
