The manicure was a soothing experience, especially the relaxing hand massage. However, I was disappointed that several of my cuticles were cut too aggressively, causing them to bleed. Additionally, my nail plates ended up covered in scratches and felt rough to the touch, which took away from the overall finish. While the service had its calming moments, the attention to detail and gentleness could have been improved.
