I booked an appointment for Monday, I arrived early and the therapist didn’t show up. I had travelled specifically by train to make this appointment. I was rather frustrated. However, I travelled back again the following day and have had my wax done. I was treated well and the receptionist couldn’t be more helpful. Thank you for resolving this.
