Absolutely terrible experience, felt treated with disrespect and blamed for the incompetence of the beauty therapist. I have been receiving this treatment at different salons for about 10 years and never had a bad experience until I came here. She reverted to using strip wax instead of Lycon, she had all sorts of excuses, but I believe the main problem was that the lycon was not heated up enough.
