The staff at Kleo is always friendly and professional. The treatment room is clean and the therapists are great at waxing. Attention to detail is paid and they do their best to make you comfortable and minimize any pain. I've consistently been happy which is why I keep returning.

Had a Japanese pedicure with Eleni after my facial. This started at 5.05 and lasted 40 mins although it should have been 60 mins. It was rough, fast and not very thorough. The next day I noticed lots of rough skin which hadn’t been removed. The manageress asked me how my pedi was at reception. I said it was fast and rough and the quickest pedi I’d ever had. She said nothing at all in response.
