Had a Japanese pedicure with Eleni after my facial. This started at 5.05 and lasted 40 mins although it should have been 60 mins. It was rough, fast and not very thorough. The next day I noticed lots of rough skin which hadn’t been removed. The manageress asked me how my pedi was at reception. I said it was fast and rough and the quickest pedi I’d ever had. She said nothing at all in response.

Waxing with Yolanda - fantastic. I also had my loyalty facial afterwards which was sensational and my skin was glowing. Nails with Giovanna - also fantastic. I’m definitely a regular here at Kleo 😊
