I have been going to Kleo for 10 years and I have always left great reviews because all the girls are excellent but I have to say, in particular, I was very relieved to see that Yelena is back from holiday! She has been away for a few weeks and her stand in, Anka, was dealing with reception…. on three separate occasions I found her to be unhelpful, surly and offhand ….not a great front of house experience. Welcome back Yelena!
