I was really disappointed in the service here. Firstly, the pedicure station is quite uncomfortable, you sit on a bench and there aren’t many pillows or any way to recline. There were no dryers so if you don’t get shellac you have to wait ages for your nails to dry naturally. The woman who did my nails was clearly new but hadn’t been trained well at all. She didn’t know what colours were available, she didn’t do the process in the correct order, didn’t give a massage or do the paraffin wax. I was understanding that she was new but think they clearly hadn’t trained her well - my polish was uneven, clumpy in spots and too thin in others, just generally not well painted. The receptionist was helpful and gave me a discount but I’m not sure it’s enough for me to return.
