They called me and changed the appointment time and I rescheduled my work hours according to this however I had to wait 15 mins for my appointment. The manicure was rushed, the cuticles were not cut properly, I will not add manicure next time and will do it myself. My appointment was for 45 minutes, however she finished in 25 mins as she rushed. I am on day 2 and one of my nails chipped off a little bit. I think this is due to her rushing to make up the time they caused.

As always I wanted to tick all the boxes as the treatments i have are never anything other than perfect.I look forward to my visits as all the staff are welcoming,friendly,totally professional and exceptionally skilled.I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
