My appointment started half an hour late, with no apology. The person doing my pedicure was quite brusque and rough handling, not a nice experience. Manicure quality was good but manicurist quite rather distracted, advising other customers on their nail colors etc. It was an OK experience. Would only come back again as a last resort, since they stay open later than most other places in the vicinity.
