Amazing precision on the colour and shape of my nails, but my cuticles were cut when I specifically asked for them not to be. KK are usually brilliant so this was a little unusual, but aside from this, the standard of the biab itself is perfect.

Disappointed after so many years coming here! charged and extra £19 pound for removal and painting. I have been coming here for years and never had this case and always booked through treatwell, I always do the same work) the owner explained is more expensive as Treatwell takes a 25% fee. I mean they might but they also bring in clients, and since I was recruited as a client through booking here, they could have mentioned i would save money by booking directly. I left feeling mugged!
