Lovely lady but was misinformed about the haircut package. I booked the haircut, wash and blow dry package for a bob cut with fringe, only to be told at the end, that I’ve had to pay an extra £15 for front, top and bottom. Now I understand that some salons charge additional for a fringe but this was outrageous when I already paid online. I think it’s courtesy to inform the client at the beginning of the session about the additional fee, I didn’t pay in the end because it was my birthday

First of all i booked for 12:30 appoinment and when i reached the salon was closed i tried to call her in all the numbers she didnt answer. After an hour she called back and asked to come at 3. I asked for balayage she did highlights and turned it into 5 different ugly colours and said this the trend. She didnt even do normal colouring and charged extra than i already paid with treatwll. All for bleaching my hair not even colouring.
