Karolina was brilliant . It was my first visit so she clearly explained what my treatment would be, told me about the products she’d be using & checked any allergies I might have. I was totally reassured by her friendly professional manner.
The treatment itself was so relaxing the combination of light, music, wonderful massage were so soothing I could have fallen asleep…. unfortunately I went into talk mode …. Karolina was so kind and let me chatter on far too long … I left feeling amazing.
