I was very impressed with the service and professionalism and its definitely value for your money! I felt so comfortable throughout the treatment and after treatment care was 5 star! I will definitely be going there for all my other waxing and facial treatments!

I had the Hollywood wax, had a really lovely experience. She used techniques that minimised the pain (i.e applying pressure). One of the least painful waxing experiences I have had. It was my first time trying the KK beauty lounge but I intend on going back in future. Also customer service was great - my stomach was making noise during the session because I hadn’t ate and she gave me a granola bar to eat when we had finished which was really nice of her. Overall would deffo recommend

Had a fantastic treatment with Kamal she was very professional but friendly and made me feel at ease. It was a nice environment and Kamal’s experience really showed. The prices were very reasonable in comparison to other competitors I have used in the solihull area. I will definitely be returning for further treatments and become a regular customer.
