Takako was really lovely and highly competent. Felt safe even in light of covid, everything was clean and it was a calming and relaxing atmosphere. The massage was superb and Takako made sure I was happy with the pressure and if I needed special attention (after a day hike my calves were super tight - nothing the massage couldn't solve). All around happy customer
