First time there. Good haircut and lovely salon. Started well but hairdresser was far too invasive with personal questions asked. I went in for a nice treat after work and was faced with questions like: are you nervous with hairdressers, you seem nervous? Does your child see their father? Not a relaxing experience at all, I left feeling drained. Also waited for 40 minutes to start as had taken on a walk in client and my tone and cut took near on 3 hours. Very apologetic but too unprofessional.

I loved my first time at KIWe1! My hairdresser Seda was lovely as was the rest of the team. Amazing space, super cozy atmosphere (I really loved the interior decor) and they offered me coffee..:) I booked myself in for an Olaplex treatment and cut, but as if she was reading my mind Seda offered to add toner (she gave me a great deal on this) and did the most brilliant job of matching it perfectly to what I wanted, going back to natural. Overall wonderful people, expertise and vibe! Go there! X
