The lady who provided the pedicure was really nice and friendly. Only downside was she didn't remove the hard skin, so my feet were not as soft as they could have been.

Nice deep cleansing facial. I felt great after the treatment and could see the difference. The only reason this did not get a % star rating throughout was because it is inside a hairdressers salon and the staff and customers outside the treatment room were very noisy (there were about 3 kids outside too from what I could hear). Also, I didn't think the receptionist for this venue was the most friendliest and welcoming. If the massage was a bit harder, that would have been good too.

Received a confirmation phone call within 5min of booking. Proactive customer service. Very thoughtful lady got me fully prepped for swimming...and without breaking the pain barrier. Which was nice! I would be very happy to go to her again for waxing etc.
