My appointment was at 4.30pm, I had to wait for about 20min until I was seen! Hollywood waxing was not done great. I'm still in pain from yesterday's treatment.

Expected hot wax as that’s what I would usually get when getting a Hollywood. It was surprising less painful than anticipated but still would have preferred hot wax.
