Salon was lovely and bright on a wet day. I was greeted within a minute of entering, and seated very quickly. Carly listened to my requests and carried out my wishes with no issues. She has a lovely soft touch when washing hair ....no scratchy fingernails that dig in or feel rough. She is so laid back and makes you feel relaxed. Would definitely recommend 👌
