Thoroughly impressed from start to finish, incredibly knowledgeable, great surroundings, and incredible results after one hour. Instantly felt less tension in areas that I mentioned was a pain. The soothing music and dimmed light immediately had a relaxing effect on me. The sports massage which targeted the injured part also included an alround massage. After leaving it felt as though I was walking on air.
