The soothing music and dimmed light immediately had a relaxing effect on me. The sports massage which targeted the injured part also included an alround massage. After leaving it felt as though I was walking on air.

I've been using Leyla for sometime now and I wouldn't go anywhere else, her attention to detail is second to none, whenever I have a treatment with Leyla she always releases any knots or tight muscles and always recommends stretching exercises I can do.
