Sian was lovely! So attentive, genuine, and professional. She listened closely to what I wanted and always kept me in the loop of what she was doing next, explaining it thoroughly throughout. For my first haircut in ages, it was a really comfortable and relaxing experience, and a relief to finally get my hair cut by a fellow curly girl!
