As a qualified beauty therapist myself my Manicure was unfortunately very poor due to the nail bed flooded on several nails and the sides missed on 3 nails. The lashes were promoted as individual lashes which in my opinion need to be made clear they are cluster lashes not individual, however my pedicure and fringe trim done by Sian were brilliant! All therpists are however lovely and welcoming especially Sian and Kully.
