I did not enjoy my experience. I had a long wait time where no one even came downstairs.
Once I went up, the hair had not even been swept of the floor. The person cutting my hair was rude, told me I had horrible hair and what I wanted she didn’t want to do (I have long hair and asked for more layers). When washing my hair she was so rough that this morning I have a lump on the back of my head. She refused to condition my hair due to time. I wanted to run! The haircut is awful. Not what I asked.
