Kiran and her staff were very friendly. But when I booked the appointment, the gel removal was described as soak off. However on arriving I had to request that my gel removal was soaked off. Initially they used a file and then gave me a bowl of acetone to soak my fingers in which has resulted in very dry skin. The whole treatment then took 2hrs which is twice as long as I have experienced elsewhere with a full soak off removal.

Eyebrow threading was good but the Hollywood waxing wasn’t that great. The place wasn’t very hygienic either
