Does the job for an okay price but not a magical venue

The place is actually a very small room inside someone’s else shop with a see through glass looking over the street. Had my treatment done with the door open.
The threading was alright, not perfect but okay for the price.
The brush and scissors used didn’t look clean, they probably haven’t been cleaned/changed in a while.
The women who did the job was nice.
