Poorly organized, the lady didn’t remember the booking (ie the services I booked or that I had booked at all), felt very rushed. Horrid hygiene in the waxing room (dirty floor, half an eaten apple left on the shelf), don’t think she washed her hands!

Great value for money and really happy with eyebrow threading

First visit today and lady doing my eyebrows was lovely, but although I’ve asked her three times NOT to make my eyebrows dark (and she said she’ll make it look natural) she used black tint so as you can imagine my eyebrows turned out neither natural or light coloured. I did ask her to use black for eyelashes and blonde or light brown for eyebrows, but clearly that wasn’t what she did. I won’t be visiting this salon again.
