Both myself and my Daughter had a lovely relaxing experience at Kinu today. This is my second visit and I’ve not been disappointed. Lovely friendly staff, very welcoming. We both went for Catseye acrylic’s which are amazing!! Thank you to the nail techs who did an amazing job. Can’t wait for the new year to pay another visit. 🫶🏼
I had a wonderful Japanese head massage with Katie today. Booking was quick and easy, even at the last minute. From the moment I walked into the beautiful, welcoming space, I felt well looked after. I was warmly greeted by a friendly gentleman and invited to relax before being taken to a lovely treatment space downstairs.
Katie was gentle and attentive throughout, regularly checking that the pressure and temperature were just right. She made me feel completely comfortable, and I enjoyed every minute. The service was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back. Thank you to the team, especially Katie!
I had a really unique experience & genuinely enjoyed the whole atmosphere. Very welcoming vibe and the staff were attentive throughout. Agnes at front of house was lovely and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I had a beautiful pedicure that I was so happy with. When it came to my hands, I wasn’t completely pleased with the application and shape at first, but this was handled immediately and professionally. Kinu herself made sure everything was corrected and that I left fully satisfied. I really appreciated how the situation was handled. Shows how much they care about their clients. Despite the small mishap, I left happy and will definitely be back
Went here today with a friend, the place is extremely zen and comforting with amazing decor. Sat on the massaging chairs and so much attention was given to our comfort. Popped down the see the spa area and it had the most comforting vibe. More than anything else the staff were so lovely and paid great attention to us and did a great work on a pedicure and manicure. They are a credit to the place. Will be coming back again 😊
