The conditioning treatment made my hair super soft, and smelled amazing. I just got a trim, but the hairdresser was efficient and friendly, and it looked great afterwards, especially after having been blow dried.
The salon played incredibly loud music, which made the experience slightly more stressful than it needed to have been. I suspect the client base is possibly younger than myself, and probably includes those less hungover and more appreciative of almost nightclub level music. That said, the salon was clean and the staff were friendly.
There was some confusion as to whether I'd paid or not via the app (I had). This was resolved fairly quickly though.

I had my hair cut and arranged by Greg today and I was absolutely happy with the result! I have to mention that my hair is quite long and wavy, therefore I can rarely find a hairstylist who knows exactly how to arrange it. Overall, I am a picky client when it comes to my hair but Greg gave me that gorgeous haircut that I dreamed about, without affecting the length of my hair.
Was very pleased with my haircut and complimentary head message. Friendly, fun hairdressers!

Went to Kinki today and had a fantastic haircut by Hadrian, wanted a nice haircut for graduation and I definitely got it! The salon itself is very well kept and has a really good feel. In the past I've been more inclined to get a cheap, quick haircut, seeing it as more of a hassle, however this has been my second time at Kinki and I actually really enjoyed getting my hair cut there!
Hadrian was really great, sat down with me initially and enquired what I wanted etc. He asked how long it had been since I last had a cut, and if I liked the length. From that he could tell how much I wanted cut off (Which was a fair amount of hair!). I even got a little face massage when he washed my hair which was really good, can't say anything other than the whole cut was really great, and he's a nice guy to chat to.
Admittedly, you may be paying a bit more at Kinki than other places in Norwich, but it's completely worth it considering the time spent on the cut, and the outcome. A great haircut will make you feel great so I will be coming back again!
