Always a great sports massage! I’ve been to see Hilary many times. She combines lots of different techniques together (where she feels you can benefit from them) and has a knack for finding the knots and tightness and releasing them. Hilary offers something different to a deep tissue massage or a physio, which I find a perfect balance between the two.
