I enjoyed a 60mins shoulder, neck and back massage with Hilary, I had a vey sore neck/shoulder and she focussed in that section, by the end of the appointment was able to move my neck without problem, I slept very well that night and the following day although I was a bit sore towards the end of my skull, the pain was gone 24hrs later. So thank you to Hilary!! I would be going back, for sure :-)
