Turned up to find the salon locked and nobody answered the phone. Turns out the salon had cancelled without telling me until 10 minutes before via a treatwell email.

I felt rushed in choosing my colour, I’ve never experienced it before. Also, the salon wasn’t very clean. After I left I realised my nails have bubbles on them. Unfortunately, it’s not worth the price.

Very rushed, awkward atmosphere, poor nail shaping once gels had been removed with very rough edges left

I hate leaving bad reviews but honestly my nails have been filed down thinly to within an inch of their lives, and are now so thin they are just ripping :( I won't be going back
