I had an acupuncture session to help my insomnia problem. The doctor is very knowledgeable and professional, she explained to me how different acupuncture points would help me. After the session I could experience a significant improvement in terms of duration and quality of my sleep. I felt well rested in the morning. I continued for few more sessions after that and my insomnia was getting much better.

I had a Trigger point therapy treatment with 30 min of acupuncture and 30 min of massage and it helped a lot to reduce the terrible pain I used to have in my lower back. The therapist was very gentle and kind.
