I went in with a pretty bad shoulder and neck pain - Fran was very knowledgeable and knew what the issue was and took the time to address it , not just looking at one sort of massage but combination of other therapies that can help. He also suggested some exercises and followed up with some after care suggestions. Will definitely be going again . Thank you Fran !

Fran was friendly and professional and really helped the pain in my neck I'd been suffering with for a few weeks. Great massage and a nice venue - highly recommended.
