The therapist suddenly disappeared after receiving cash from me in the middle of my treatment. She even did not tell me when my treatment would complete, so I got confused by just waiting for my therapist’s return. Even other therapists did not say anything to me although some of them realised that I had been left alone with a manicure dryer for over 30minutes. Not good customer service. Will never use the service again.
