Really nice nails and Anna kept checking if I was happy with shape colour ect.

My second visit wasn't so good. I requested a specific nail tech; however, I was seen by a young man.He wasn't paying too much attention and kept looking out the window, changing music, etc. He cut my cuticle too much and nipped my skin with an electric file, which caused bleeding. He filed my nails aggressively at which point I was flinching. The product was piled too high close to my cuticle and looks bumpy.
