Waited 15+ mins for my booked appointment, i did get an apology but only after the woman who had had a walk in which delayed my appointment tried to sell me a salsa lesson. My stylist had started on another walk in person but stopped mid treatment for said lady to say she ‘had to’ do my nails as i had booked Extremely awkward as said lady sat next to me and promptly gave me side eye. Had biab infill and thumb already chippped less than 48hrs laterz overal unprofessional and not good quality
