Very slow service which is usually tolerable but they would stop your service half way through to start someone else's treatment. Also quite messy with removing the cuticles - the price reflects the quality

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience here. I had to wait half an hour for my appointment to start despite arriving on time. I was not informed that I would have to wait, which meant I was sat there for quite a while on an uncomfortable chair wondering when my appointment would begin. This made my appointment feel quite rushed and it felt as though less care was taken with my nails to make up time. This did ruin my experience and unfortunately I will not be returning.
