Anna did not do my nails. It was a young man that tried to talk me out of BIOB continuously. I had asked for white tips and he acted like it was a problem for him to do it. He rushed it and all my white tips are crooked. I had to ask him not to twist my fingers as he was hurting me. It was a very unpleasant experience. I doubt I will visit your salon again. Sincerely Liz
