Genuinely a terrible experience. I showed the tech a picture of a nude coat with silver cat eye. For some reason he decided to give me pink cat eye, even though I repeatedly asked him if he was going to coat my nail with the nude colour. Once done, I kindly told him that wasn’t what I asked for, in which he gave me a very dirty look and told me “I watched him do that the whole time”. He removed it then I asked for just nude nails, he only put one coat of colour with the streaks. Terrible!
