Booked an appointment to remove Shellac (first time getting it done) and had the worst experience. My nails are left very damaged - they filed through my top layer of natural nail to the point where it's near bleeding and so so sensitive. I think the young gentleman doing it was very inexperienced.
A 20 min simple shellac removal turned into 45 mins.
No masks were worn by any of the employees in the salon.
